RS Sunpower Energy Pvt. Ltd. was founded in the year 2018 by Mr. Ramesh D, who is also the Founder & Managing Director, who has more than 27 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & 20 Years in Toyota Group and a solid 15 years of implementation experience in Renewable energy sector in India & abroad, mainly focusing on Engineering Procurement & Construction -EPC services for utility scale power plants for Solar / Wind / Waste to Energy /Bio Energy. Our Design Philosophy is to offer best quality components at a very economical cost, to meet each individual customer needs, and it can be met with a strong Global supply chain management and Industry Standards.

The founder of RS Sunpower Energy Pvt. Ltd. is having implementation experience of 42 MW on Photovoltaic in India - both on free field/roof top / solar pumping / Power packs/ etc., A Certified MNRE field engineer. RS Sunpower Energy Pvt. Ltd. offers End to End services &Solutions for the investors, developers with the stat of the art In-house design & Execution team, Also offers all the required Government Clearances for the respective projects and assist on financial closure for Renewable Energy projects.

RESCO Model- Renewable energy service company model. Under the RESCO model, the consumer can install a solar power plant and not pay anything upfront. A power purchase agreement is signed between the installer and the consumer at a mutual price-tarrif.
CAPEX & OPEX Model.
BOO & BOOT Model- Build, Operate, Own & Transfer.
No investment is required from the customer, they just have to sign up with a long-term (15-25 years of PPA- Power Purchase Agreement.
